Why did we create a Mentoring Program exclusively for I-ACT members? Because exceptional personal and professional growth has long been credited to the guidance of a mentor. They challenge you to think out of the boxand to open your eyes and mind to new perspectives and proven methodologies—while also being a personal advocate for YOU!
I-ACT recognizes the power of effective mentoring and has established a program to help colon hydrotherapists, particularly those new to our profession, gain support from more experienced and innovative therapists.
It’s important to consider that a mentor can be the difference from simply getting-by month-by-month, or year-to-year and learning by trial and error, to succeeding and being at the top of your profession and your life.
We, at I-ACT, observe that new members who are paired with a mentor are twice as likely to remain in the profession of Colon Hydrotherapy than those who do not receive mentorship. The greater the involvement of the Mentee, the better outcome of the mentorship—providing critical benefits to the individual. Specific benefits include education, guidance, moral support, inspiration, the creation of new friendships, and longevity in our profession.
